Holo Pet v0.9 is here!

First of all, I apologize for the very long update. I was preoccupied with classes and grading my students these past weeks. This version is just some fixes, especially with the taskbar orientation. Honestly, this is already done weeks ago. It’s just that I got too busy to even upload it.

Here’s the rundown of all the changes for this patch:

• Fixed bug with other Taskbar orientations aside from bottom horizontal.

• Added a refresh bounds button in settings so that the game area can update if ever you change the taskbar orientation.

• Reduced volume of the magma fall sound.

• Added volume change to settings.

• Redesigned UI.

• Added disclaimer to settings.

• Added credits to settings.

• Fixed live checker not working.

• Fixed live checker button overlaps with the context menu.

• The game can now be downloaded as an installer (extractor) instead of a compressed file. This way, you don’t need to download any decompressing or extracting software like Winrar or 7zip just to get the files. Just run the installer and extract to the destination you want.

You just need to download one of the files, either the .exe one or the .rar file. You can check the installation section on the page for further details.

Once again, thank you for the positive responses and encouragement for this project! I know I may have little time to update this project because I’m also doing my other project here in itch (which you can check in my profile) along with my own personal projects and a part-time job. But I’ll try my best to bring out changes as soon as possible!
